Annie's School of Grooming
Statement of Purpose:
Our purpose is to provide students with the
knowledge and hands- on experience needed to become a professional
groomer. Students will learn a method of communicating with animals
that will keep them calm, reassured and comforted during the
grooming process.
Facilities:
Our facility consist of 4.500 square feet. It
is a modern, one- of -a -kind facility with no chain link fencing used for
boarding pets. Pets can view Animal Planet on one of our two
televisions 24/7. We have two cat rooms that are separate from the
dog area. We have a large conference/study area in the
front of our facility, as well as four bathing stations and seven grooming
stations.
Equipment:
Each student will be supplied with shampoos needed, as
well as dryers, cages, towels, tables, tubs, and use of a clipper vac
system. Additional instructional materials such as books, magazines and videos
will be made available to augment the standard class instruction
booklet. Students are required to purchase their own equipment and a
tackle box which they will store their individual grooming supplies.
It is recommended that you purchase your grooming kit at Annie's
Groomin Tails,Inc.
Class Size:
The maximum class size will be four students.
